The Gebrüder Fritz are known for extraordinary and first-class events in Berlin. In our boutique Altbau locations, we organize receptions, product launches, workshops, dinners and private events from A to Z for our clients. From the first contact to the implementation and follow-up, we stand for great service, high-quality in-house catering, modernity and great attention to detail.

Our clients are an exciting mix of renowned companies, including medium-sized companies, large corporations, organizations and agencies from political Berlin, event and MICE providers, as well as established production companies.

We are looking for hosts with experience, an eye for beauty, a sense of timing and a real feel for people.

YOUR PROFILE

Do you love being a host? You like the event and hospitality industry, have a sense for beautiful things and atmosphere.

You are open, communicative and love variety. Can you imagine doing your bit to bring the Gebrüder Fritz to life?

Restaurant, bar, hotel and event industry

• You have experience in event or catering service (at least 2 years)
• You have experience in the bar area - from classic cocktails to creative drinks
• You enjoy working in a team and have a high sense of responsibility
• You keep an overview even in stressful situations and have a hands-on mentality
• You have an open and confident manner and a well-groomed appearance
• You have a passion for service, aesthetics and smooth processes
• You are physically fit & resilient
• You have excellent communication skills in German and ideally in English

YOUR TASKS WITH US

• Preparing and setting up the event areas so that everything runs perfectly
• You will be responsible for setting up and laying the tables as well as mise en place at the bar and drinks stations
• Welcoming and looking after our guests with charm and an ever-watchful eye
• Food and beverage service - attentive, discreet, always present
• Support during set-up, dismantling and follow-up to ensure that every event runs smoothly
