It doesn't always have to be a Michelin-starred restaurant to put good food on the table. At least not for Gebrüder Fritz head chef Zita Sándor. But it certainly doesn't hurt, because our guests can also enjoy her extraordinary creations at workshops, flying food or seated dinners. Born in Hungary, she has worked her way up in renowned European kitchens, including as chef de partie at the Michelin-starred restaurant "Stand" in Budapest. Most recently, she was head chef at Kopps Restaurant in Berlin, a vegan fine dining restaurant known for its creative, seasonal cuisine, which was awarded the Red Toque under her management.
Since 2024, Zita Sándor has been contributing her passion for innovative cuisine as head chef at Gebrüder Fritz and developing new concepts for event catering together with her team - always with a focus on sustainability and creative, seasonal cuisine that often includes vegan accents.
