Sales Support (m/f/d) – Part-time, Work-from-Home Option Available

Welcome to Gebrüder Fritz, the heart of Berlin’s event scene! We operate three exceptional boutique event venues in stylish historic Berlin buildings: at Checkpoint Charlie, at Hackescher Markt, and in Charlottenburg near Savignyplatz. Here, we host conferences, meetings, corporate events, and celebrations that leave a lasting impression—professional event planning of the highest caliber, combined with the personal charm of a private invitation.

To ensure our sales team can focus entirely on our customers, we’re looking for a reliable, organized person who can support the team behind the scenes. This is a part-time position—we’re looking for someone who can commit a few hours each day, during which we can count on you. Working from home is also possible on some days.

If you already have sales experience in the event or hotel industry—or a similar field—that’s great. We’d also be happy to train you if you’re coming from a different background and are eager to contribute.

Your Responsibilities at Gebrüder Fritz

Supporting the sales team in their day-to-day work related to event inquiries
Creating inquiries and preparing and drafting quotes
Maintenance of our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Preparing and Issuing Invoices

Your profile

You're organized, conscientious, and able to keep everything under control even on stressful days
Reliability is important to you—we can count on you to stick to the agreed-upon times
Sales experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required—we also warmly welcome candidates from other fields with office experience
You have strong communication skills, enjoy talking on the phone, and have a confident demeanor
You're a team player, but you also work independently and are results-oriented
Proficiency in common Office programs; experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive is a plus
Proficiency in German at a business level is required
