The Gebrüder Fritz three unique boutique venues in historic buildings in the heart of Berlin: at Checkpoint Charlie, Hackescher Markt, and in Charlottenburg. These venues host product launches, corporate events, workshops, dinners, and private parties that leave a lasting impression. Our clients include small and medium-sized businesses, large corporations, agencies, and political organizations. They are discerning, loyal, and repeat customers.
Your tasks
- Processing and qualifying inbound inquiries—quickly, reliably, and with a keen understanding of the customer’s needs
- Conducting consultations and site visits on an equal footing
- Preparation of high-quality, customized quotes and cost estimates
- Proactive customer retention and building long-term relationships—including in-person visits to events
- Consistent tracking of quotes and leads in Pipedrive
- Responsibility for ensuring optimal utilization of your venue
- Close collaboration with our Sales Director and the event team
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in sales, ideally in the hospitality industry, the MICE sector, event venues, or similar high-end service industries
- You enjoy talking on the phone, are personable, and never lose sight of a lead
- You write clear and compelling proposals that get right to the point
- You have a confident and charming demeanor: on the phone, in face-to-face conversations, and at evening receptions
- You work in a structured and independent manner, with a strong focus on getting things done
- You bring flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for the job, even if that means working late sometimes
- Your German is very good, and your English is good
- You have experience with CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive
