In our boutique locations in historic buildings, we organize receptions, product launches, workshops, dinners, and private events—from the initial inquiry to the follow-up. YOUR PROFILE
- You love being a host or hostess and feel at home in the event and catering industry.
- You have a keen sense of atmosphere, aesthetics, and high-quality experiences.
- You are open, communicative, and appreciate variety in your daily work.

Ideally, you will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Events and activities
- Restaurant or hotel management
- project management
- Bar and nightlife
In addition, the following applies:
- You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position in the event, restaurant, or hotel industry.
- Leading a small service team is second nature to you.
- You are a team player with an eye for the big picture and appreciation.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and reliable manner.
- You have very good German language skills and, ideally, good English language skills.
- You keep track of things even in stressful situations and make confident decisions.
- You have a strong hands-on mentality.

- Ideally, you will have training in restaurant management or a comparable qualification.
YOUR TASKS WITH US
- You are the face of our locations and welcome our customers on site.
- You make the first and last impression that guests Gebrüder Fritz from Gebrüder Fritz .
- You will work closely with our organization and events team.
- You will take charge of the operational management of our events on the day of the event.
- You are responsible for beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen.
- You hire mini-jobbers for service, setup, and dismantling.
- You book, coordinate, and manage service and installation teams on site.
- You are responsible for the smooth running of events with up to 150 guests.
- You plan and supervise setup and dismantling
- You keep track of beverage and equipment inventory and take care of orders.
- You ensure that our locations are in perfect condition at all times.
- You work flexibly and also accompany evening events.
