Become part of our current project: Establish our fourth event location in Berlin together with us and be part of it from the very beginning.
The Gebrüder Fritz are known for extraordinary and first-class events. In our boutique Altbau locations, we organize receptions, product launches, workshops, dinners and private events from A to Z for our clients. From the first contact to the implementation and follow-up, we stand for great service, high-quality in-house catering, modernity and great attention to detail.
Our clients are an exciting mix of renowned companies, including medium-sized companies, large corporations, organizations and agencies from political Berlin, event and MICE providers, as well as established production companies.
YOUR PROFILE

As an Event & Project Manager, you ideally have experience in one of the following areas:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in the event sector or completion of a comparable course of study
- Professional experience in banquet service or sales or a similar position in the upscale hotel industry or event agency
- cultivated manners and a good feeling for our demanding guests
- High sense of responsibility and a pronounced talent for organization and coordination
- Independent action and decisiveness
- Flexibility, reliability, ability to work under pressure, pro-active and independent way of working
- Attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Very good knowledge of the common MS-Office programs
YOUR TASKS WITH US
- Professional advice for our customers regarding event planning and individual customer wishes and requirements
- Customer advice, preparation of quotations & detailed agreements
- Coordination of external service providers
- Support in ensuring optimal utilization of our locations
- Proactive involvement in sales promotion measures
- Conducting tours of our locations
- Operational implementation of all processes in the event area
- Close cooperation with our kitchen team during planning and preparation
- Support for contact persons, on request also during the event and on site
- Responsibility for the content and financial follow-up of the event and conducting feedback meetings
- Coordination & allocation of events / team utilization
- Close cooperation with the GF
- Reporting to the GF
- First experience in leading small teams.
