(Senior) Event Project Manager (m/f/d) – Full-time in Berlin

full-time
You'd love to move in, even if only for a day

About Us

We are Gebrüder Fritz —three exceptional event venues in Berlin. Our venues are large, stylish apartments in historic buildings located at the city’s most desirable addresses: from Savignyplatz to Hackescher Markt to Checkpoint Charlie.

We combine the charm of a private invitation with professional events of the highest caliber. Whether it’s a meeting, workshop, conference, dinner, or private celebration—we create unique experiences for our clients. For over 11 years, we’ve been approaching events differently, going the extra mile, and have become known for it even beyond Berlin’s borders. Nothing off-the-shelf—everything with character.

A special highlight is our in-house catering, where our kitchen team prepares all dishes fresh and to order—for us, food isn't just an afterthought, but part of the experience.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for individuals with experience, a sense of responsibility, and an eye for detail—whether you consider yourself a senior professional or are well on your way there with solid experience, what matters most is your attitude: You don’t just want to run events; you want to shape them. Ideally, you have a knack for good food and good taste—after all, our catering is a central part of every event.

With us, there are no boring routines—instead, every day brings a new, exciting project, a new venue atmosphere, and a new challenge. Today you’ll be planning a conference for 130 guests; tomorrow, an intimate dinner in one of our beautiful historic apartments; and the day after tomorrow, you’ll be right in the thick of things, making sure everything runs perfectly. If this sounds like something you’d enjoy—then you’ve come to the right place.
