We are Gebrüder Fritz - four extraordinary event locations in the heart of Berlin. Our houses are large, beautiful old apartments in the best spots in the city - from Savignyplatz to Hackescher Markt and Checkpoint Charlie.
We combine the charm of a private invitation with professional events at the highest level. Whether it's a meeting, workshop, conference, dinner or private celebration - we create unique experiences for our customers. A special highlight is our in-house catering, where our kitchen team prepares all dishes freshly and individually.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background, we are looking for you as a full-time Event Logistician (m/f/d).
YOUR TASKS
- Supervise conversions & set-ups: You are on site when our locations are being prepared for events. Whether it's a dinner with long tables or a conference with row seating - you coordinate the set-up and dismantling and work closely with set-up helpers.
- Furniture stock & vehicle fleet: You keep track of our large furniture stock, know where everything is, store equipment properly and take care of our transporter - including cleanliness, damage checks and organizing small repairs.
- Travel & transportation: You deliver catering, drinks and equipment between our locations with our company vehicle (incl. tail lift).
- Janitorial work: You tackle minor repairs or manual tasks.
- Coordination & communication: You are the interface between our event team, the kitchen team and our customers, maintain an overview in stressful situations and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
YOUR PROFILE
- Class B driver's license and experience with larger vehicles (with loading wall).
- Manual skills, physical fitness and enjoy tackling things practically.
- Organizational talent and overview of several locations.
- Experience in logistics, facility management or event set-up is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1), of legal age and open to flexible working hours.
- Prudent and flexible personality who remains calm even in stressful situations.
- Enjoy dealing with people and have a confident, service-oriented manner.
- Open to a job that is not run-of-the-mill, but brings new challenges every day.
