The Gebrüder Fritz are known for extraordinary and first-class events. In our boutique Altbau locations, we organize receptions, product launches, workshops, dinners and private events from A to Z for our clients. From the first contact to the implementation and follow-up, we stand for great service, high-quality in-house catering, modernity and great attention to detail.
Our clients are an exciting mix of renowned companies, including medium-sized companies, large corporations, organizations and agencies from political Berlin, event and MICE providers, as well as established production companies.
YOUR PROFILE
Do you love being a host? You like the event and hospitality industry, have a sense for beautiful things and atmosphere.
You are open, communicative and love variety. Can you imagine doing your bit to bring the Gebrüder Fritz to life?

As an operational event manager, you ideally have experience in one of the following areas:
Restaurant management, hotel management, event management, marketing, project management, bar & nightlife
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the event, restaurant, or hotel industry.
- Managing a small service team is no problem for you.
- You are a team player and have an eye for the "big picture" and appreciation for the work of everyone in your team
- You have a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
- You have excellent communication skills in German and ideally in English
- You keep track of things even in stressful situations and can make decisions quickly.
- You are enthusiastic and have a hands-on mentality.
- You enjoy being a host and communicate with our guests on an equal footing.
- You proactively identify customer needs and wishes and find original solutions.
- You always put the satisfaction of our guests at the center of your work.
- Ideally, you will have training in restaurant management or a comparable qualification.
YOUR TASKS WITH US
- You will work closely with our event team and take on operational tasks related to the execution of our events.
- You are the face of our locations and welcome our customers.
- You are responsible for ensuring that events for up to 200 guests run smoothly.
- You book and coordinate our service staff and renovation assistants.
- Your responsibilities will also include planning and carrying out setup and dismantling work.
- You keep track of beverage and equipment inventory and take care of orders.
- You ensure that our locations are in perfect condition.
